Another short Illich-inspired reflection from October's pieces at Stranger Worlds: "Thoughtcheckers". This one came up in the context of October's theme of censorship, so it maintains the dystopian bent of, say, March's "Thoughtpolice.com", to which I suppose it is something of a sequel. I am hopeful that in 2024 I can put some positive ideas from Illich into play as well.
